Emosi

 Assalamualaikum,

Malam ni tak ada nak cakap apa-apa pun, cuma nak cakap, jangan sedih bila kita sedih, jangan sedih bila kita rasa kecewa, jangan sedih bila kita ada rasa. That's what makes us human. Jangan sedih. Jangan give up. Jangan benci diri sendiri sebab kita berperasaan. Sebab siapa juga yang bagi rasa2 tu? Allah, tuhan kita. Ada sebab kenapa Allah bagi kita perasaan. Bukan saja-saja. Kenapa? Aku pun tak tahu. Heee...

Manusia ni kan banyak jenis, jadi banyak lah perangainya. Allah memang cipta kita begitu. Tapi, bila kita tengah sedih, depressed, stress, jangan terus ke bawah sahaja. Habiskan semua tu. Layan lah sampai habis. Pastikan ada penghabisannya. Lepas dah habis, dongakkan kepala, tadahkan tangan, berdoalah supaya Allah beri kekuatan, tarik nafas, dan bangkitlah semula. Jangan terus jatuh.

Nak handle macam mana? Aku pun tak ada tips sangat. Sebab aku sendiri pun tengah belajar cara nak handle. But one thing I know is, do the safest thing that you love in your life. Do what you want. As long as it makes you happy, then I'm happy for you too.

Remember! keep on smiling. You are pretty, especially when you smile. You are beautiful, just the way you are. I told you this thing, but after this, YOU need to tell this to yourself, by your own. Try to love yourself, your emotions and your appearance. Try to love you.
